COMPLAINTS

We make our products with love, in high-quality factories in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, In Italy or outside the EU. Before putting each product on sale, we first test each product for individual months and check the goods during the packaging of the shipment. We are sincerely sorry if there was a mistake in the packaging, or if the goods were damaged.

INFORMATION ABOUT COMPLAINTS
The warranty period is set at 24 months or above, limited by the date of consumption of the goods and runs from the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer. The seller is liable for defects in the goods or services. Warranty service is provided by the operator of the online store.
Incompleteness of the shipment or damage to the goods must be reported within 24 hours of taking delivery of the shipment by e-mail or complaint form. Later claims of incomplete shipment or mechanical damage to the product may not be recognized.
Please send us the claimed goods for evaluation. We recommend that you send the goods as registered mail. Please do not send the goods to us by cash on delivery.

DEADLINE FOR COMPLAINT PROCESSING
By law, the consumer has the right to process a complaint within 30 days. However, we always try to shorten this period as much as possible. We will inform you via e-mail about the status of processing your claim.

REFUNDS 
In the case of processing a claim in the form of a refund, the money for the goods will be returned to the bank account that you specify or sent back to the card from which the ordered goods were paid for during the purchase.

ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you are not satisfied with the items in your order, the delivered goods or our services, send us a complaint by e-mail to info@timme.sk. If you are not satisfied with the content of your advertisement or if you believe that we are able to grant your rights, you may, according to Act 391/2015 Coll. challenge the proposal to start an alternative dispute resolution alternative dispute resolution. You can use the proposal determined according to §12 of Act 391/2015 Coll. The list of ARS entities can be found on the website of the Slovak Ministry of Economy www.mhsr.sk.
